This is a great Low Carb Snack that I really like to munch on while watching a movie, or needing an after work snack that will not ruin my dinner. All total it has 2.5 Net Carbs and it's very filling.
1 oz. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
2 TBLS Almond Butter
Mix the Cream Cheese and Almond Butter together and Microwave for about 10 seconds and then mix it again. Dip your Pork Rinds in and enjoy. The Almond Butter has 2 net carbs for 2 TBLS and the cream cheese has less than 1 while the pork rinds has 0 so have as many of them as you want. All total this was 2.5 (I counted .5 for the cream cheese since it has less than 1 per servings but not 0 per serving.)
