Weekend Review: And the 400 Mile Challenge.

We have melting! Yup, I can see dirt on the side of our road.

13 DAYS TILL SPRING!!! LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. ARE YOU READY?

Thank you all for the well wishes, I gave my bug to Hubby and then started to get well.  I did manage to go to work every day but I was able to leave whenever I needed to which is HUGE as you know if you have ever been sick and still wanted/needed to go to work.  Each day I was able to stay longer and longer and so I worked through the bug.  Hubby doesn't have a job where he can leave and so ended up taking a few days off to stay home and get well.

I was able to finish the living room.  The fireplace wall is "Hot Chocolate Brown" and the other 3 walls are "Pesto Green". Moving pictures from one wall to another, adding a picture of our newest granddaughter and even moving the aquairum  to a different wall, all made the living room look fresh and clean.  The Spring Cleaning is done in there now! I'll post photos later this week.  I don't want this blog too long. Other than that, I didn't do much other than work on getting well.

Because I was sick for a good portion of the week, I didn't do as much on the challenge as I usually do. I did, however, manage to rack up 28.88 miles for a new total of 367 miles. 33 miles to go to the finish line!  I wonder if I can make it?  I hope so. I didn't ride the bike as much as that was just too hard on my poor lungs! How did you do?  Click on the button and head over to Ellie's blog to see how everyone is doing.  It's always nice to be encouraged to keep going and reach for the goal.

  3. I'm sorry to see you were sick, but glad you're feeling better now.

Congratulations on another great week of the challenge!! That's doubly impressive since you were under the weather. I'm with Ellie, I hope you'll continue to share your miles even after you cross the finish line!
