These Hands are Built for Careing

Photo Challenge 3

The photo topic for today is hands. I took a photo of the hands of my Hubby and I.  We have been together for over 39 years. Our hands have been held together in sickness, and in health, in good times and in bad. When we had money and we didn't, for better and for worst. From days past to days forward we will hold hands because we are a team.  We have old hands, worn out hands, painful hands from arthritis and some times weak hands. They have held on to each other during the birth of our 2 children and when we had to help our dogs move to "Rainbow Bridge".

These hands have not always agreed on everything, but these hands have learned to hold on toward a common goal.  These hands belong to imperfect people who while holding hands, worship a Perfect God.

These hands wear rings, as a symbol of the promise made. The rings have no beginning and no end, neither does our love for each other. We have become a team, we work together, we honor each other, we think in terms of "Us, Our, We". What affects him, affects me and what affects me affects, affects him because we are ONE. We take the credit and we take the blame for whatever happens in our lives. I love this man more every day and I tell him often, that I got the better end of our marriage.

If you were asked to describe "Hands" what would you come up with?
