He's right, we are blessed to have such wonderful people in our life to share our milestones with.
Even I got a gift of this beautiful flower vase with flowers, a card, a tiara and a coffee mug that I'll share later this week because you are tired of retirement stories by now.
I love it ... a "Surprise-This-is-NOT-a Retirement-Party" Party! What fun!

What a neat idea! It sounds like a fun time. Those cakes looked delicious! The doughnut cake for a retiring policeman struck me funny :) Have a great Monday!
ReplyDeleteYa lost me at the whoopie pie cake. Oh my! I have not had a whoopie pie in years.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great celebration!
I almost bought a whoopie cake this past Saturday.
